Refreshing an intranet is hard work! The creating and cultivation of our Editor Community – a group of over 100 power users that we engage with on a regular basis. Using a SharePoint list & form to capture all project requests with detailed demographic information of the requestors and project data & requirements. Collecting feedback after every project in order to create a project summary/testimonial page for each project.

Hear best practices, common challenges and ways to overcome them, including how to:

  • Build a team - get the right people in place and set them up for success
  • Overcome archaic design and old systems
  • Capture details of all work allowing your team to collaborate with ease in documentation, meeting notes, idea generation, etc.
  • Integrate a dedicated Change Management track to ensure users are very informed about the changes coming and how they will affect them
  • Provide Transparency so that anyone from anywhere in the company can view the entire list at any time
  • Collect feedback after every project in order to create a project summary/testimonial page for each project
